How It Works
The Pivot Point Educator Certification Program is a structured pathway across three progressive tiers, allowing you to build, deepen, and apply your expertise over time.
Subject Area Certificates
Build focused expertise.
Within each subject area, educators earn a course certificate for every completed course. After all courses in a subject area are completed and assessments are passed, Educators can complete a certification course to achieve a Subject Area Certificate. With up to seven Subject Area Certificates available, each represents a distinct area of professional competency and serves as a meaningful building block toward advanced educator certification.
Mindful Teaching Certification
Teach with intention.
To earn the Mindful Teaching Certified designation, educators complete all Tier 1 Subject Area Certificates and successfully complete the Mindful Teaching Certification course and assessment. This credential honors educators who make thoughtful, learner-centered instructional decisions, understand how mindset, environment, and relationships shape learning, and demonstrate a continued commitment to growth.
Pivot Point Ambassador (Launching 2027)
Lead with purpose.
The Pivot Point Ambassador designation is awarded to select educators who have completed all Tier 1 Subject Area Certificates and earned the Mindful Teacher Certified designation. This highest tier recognizes educators who extend their impact beyond the classroom through leadership, mentorship, and partnership with Pivot Point—supporting learning, growth, and mindful teaching on a broader scale.

How do I become Mindful Teaching Certified?
